I especially appreciated that you recognize the important role of people in things we do. Unfortunately, sometimes this gets forgotten in the planning and the execution of great ideas and then we find ourselves wondering 'how did that fail or why didn't that get the traction it deserved - it was such a great idea?'.</p><p>The unfortunate reality is that great ideas fail all of the time - likely because they failed to reach out and connect with people at this deeper level that you write about.
